Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods via the United States Postal Service

  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery)
  • USPS Express Mail (Overnight)

Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the box and the selected shipping method.

We offer two locations for local pickup in Columbus, Indiana (no shipping charges apply)

Local Business Delivery
We offer local delivery to Columbus, Indiana businesses who use the Institutional Purchase Order payment method.  This service requires approval.  Please Contact Us for more information.

Multiple Gift Boxes to Same Address
When multiple gift boxes are purchased at the same time (within the same order number), the USPS shipping charge is calculated based on the total weight of everything being shipped in one box.  This is a great way to save shipping charges as long as you are okay with all items being shipped in one large box.  If you need individual boxes, the best option is to purchase each box separately on it's own order number.  Please understand that we do not set or modify the shipping charges.


Phone and Email Orders
We do not accept phone or email orders.


Return Policy
We will refund or replace the product only if it arrives damaged.  Product claims must be made via Contact Us with the subject titled "Product Claim" within 3 days of receipt.  All packaging must be saved for inspection by the USPS.  Claims cannot be made for delays in shipping due to weather or unsuccessful delivery attempts.


Use of Proper Addresses
The use of proper addresses for shipping and billing is very important.  We cannot be responsible for delays caused by bad or incomplete shipping information.  A valid shipping address can be confirmed at the following location:

For credit card users, the billing information must match the cardholder's name and address as shown on the statement.


Email Addresses
The "Bill-To" email address is required.  A purchase receipt is automatically sent via email to this address.  This is good to know especially if your are planning a surprise gift.

The “Ship-To” email address is optional. However, if used, the recipient will receive email notification via the USPS Click ‘n Ship software.  This is especially good so the recipient knows to expect a package.


Personalize Your Note Card
Be sure to personalize your greeting card if you are sending a gift.  The message area is 2 ¾ x 4 ¼ and will accommodate approximately 80 words.  The greeting card To/From/Message will appear exactly as written.  The follow rules apply to greeting cards.
  1. We will not correct spelling or punctuation.
  2. Messages containing foul or abusive language will be discarded and NO CARD WILL BE SENT forcing the recipient to guess who sent the gift.


Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value.


Privacy Statement
We do not share or sell any customer information to anyone.  All credit card information is processed on the site's host server via secure SSL.  At no time will any credit card information be viewed or transmitted outside of the secure SSL environment.


Email Policy
When you place an order or Contact Us, permission is granted for SayThankYou.com to send periodic emails with new products and promotional offers.  If you want to be removed from our mailing list, Contact Us with the subject "Remove".

 

 


Instructions How To Checkout

The Checkout process has six steps.  These steps are shown in a horizontal bar across the top portion of the screen.  The steps are:

Step 1: Checkout
The Checkout process begins in the Shopping Cart where you need to carefully review your selections.  You may add, delete, or change quantity.  Customized gift boxes cannot be modified; they must deleted and customized again.

The buttons "Create a new account" and "Login" appear on the Shopping Cart page.  A login account is not required.  However, a login account will save all of the address information you enter and keep track of previous orders.

When you are happy with you selections, press "Checkout" to proceed to Step #2.

Step 2: Shipping
The Shipping screen will appear different based on whether or not you are using a login account.

If you are NOT using a login,
  S
imply enter the requested information and press "Add and Continue" button to proceed
  to Step #3.  Please note the asterisk (*) information fields are required.

If you are using a login account,
  T
he screen will include a section titled "Choose an address from the list of account
  shipping address(es)".  Each address block has 3 buttons allowing you to either "Use the
  Address" or "Edit" or "Delete".  Hopefully, the behavior of these buttons are obvious.

  If you need to add a new shipping address, simply enter the requested information and
  press the "Add and Continue" button.

  Press either "Use the Address" for an existing address, or "Add and Continue" for a new
  address to proceed to Step #3.

Ship to Multiple Addresses

  1. Click the blue text link [ship to multiple addresses].  On this page you will see all of the Shopping Cart items and packages each with a pull-down menu from which you will make the Ship-To assignment.  At first, there will be only one address which you entered previously.
  2. At the bottom the page, click the link "Add more shippping addresses".  This will take you to page where you will enter the next shipping address.
  3. Very important:  As you enter the address, DO NOT use the 'Add more Shipping Address' link.  Instead, use the 'Add and Continue' link.  This will take you back to the assignment page.  DO NOT make assignments until you are done adding addresses.  To add more addresses, simply go to the bottom of the assignment page and click the 'Add more Shipping Address' link.  Repeate this step as needed for each shipping address.
  4. Once you are through entering addresses, now you may make the assignments.  Note: The order of addresses in each of the drop-down menu may not appear in the same order.
  5. When you are happy with your assignments, click the Continue button.  The Finalize Checkout  Page will now show each gift separately.

I know this sounds difficult but it does work.  Please accept my appologies but I did not design the shopping cart.
